Shipping policy
Most of what we sell is made to order by a real person from your answers, so nothing is an instant download.
Digital editions (PDF)
We email your files by hand to the email address on your order, after your payment has gone through and we have your answers from the Personalize page.
- Custom word searches: within 2 business days.
- Your Child's Big Day storybook and Their Life in Puzzles: within 3 days.
The time starts once we have both your payment and your answers. Nothing is mailed for a digital edition, and there is no shipping charge.
Printed books
Printed hardcovers, paperbacks, gift sets and book packs ship to US addresses only, with free standard shipping.
- Personalized printed books (the Big Day hardcover and the Their Life in Puzzles paperback, on their own or in a set): we email you a photo of the cover to approve, and printing starts after you approve it. Allow about 10 days for printing and delivery.
- Care Home Packs ship in 7 to 10 business days.
- Any PDF that comes with a printed book is emailed on the digital schedule above.
Delivery can take longer in late November and December.
Addresses outside the US
We cannot ship printed items to addresses outside the US, and a checkout with a printed item and such an address cannot be completed. Buyers outside the US can order our PDF editions instead. We may not be able to accept orders from every country; if we cannot fill an order, we cancel it and refund your payment in full.
